We do not publish a blanket discount percentage, since group pricing depends on your dates, group size, and hotel category - we would rather quote a real number than advertise a discount that may not hold for your specific dates. Every group package above already reflects an assured price versus the base rate; larger or off-season groups often get a further reduction, confirmed at the time of quoting.
What is included in a corporate/group package?
Every group package includes accommodation, breakfast (and often more meals on higher-tier packages), private transport for the group's sightseeing days, and a day-by-day itinerary. Flights, any conference-room hire, and optional add-ons like a Wazwan (traditional Kashmiri feast) dinner or a private houseboat evening are quoted separately since they depend on your specific requirements.
How far in advance should we book a corporate trip to Kashmir?
For groups of 15 or more, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks ahead, especially for the May-September peak season and the December-February snow season, when hotel and vehicle availability for large groups tightens fastest.
