How are partner rates priced, and can I see my margin?
Every room and meal plan in the partner portal shows two numbers side by side: your partner rate and the public price on viakashmir.in. The partner rate is never higher than the public price, so the gap is your margin and you see it before you quote. Hotel rate changes go live only after our Srinagar team checks and approves them, so the rate you quote is the rate we confirm.
Can I white-label the itineraries and invoices Via Kashmir sends my clients?
Yes. Once you're set up as a partner, every Quotation, Invoice and Plan of Action we generate for your bookings carries your company's logo, contact details and bank details instead of Via Kashmir's, so your clients see your brand throughout.

Bookings are prepaid in full before confirmation until a credit arrangement is agreed with Via Kashmir in writing. Every quote states its own cancellation and refund rules before you confirm, and those are the rules that apply.
What documents do I need to become a Kashmir DMC partner?
Agencies in India upload a PAN card, a business registration (incorporation, LLP, partnership deed or shop and establishment registration), an office address proof and the owner or director ID. GST, Ministry of Tourism recognition and IATA or TAAI membership are optional. Agencies outside India upload a trade licence or company registration and the owner passport. We also call every applicant before approval, which keeps partner rates with genuine businesses only.
Do you work with travel agents outside Kashmir and outside India?
