What a group host actually does
A dedicated coordinator travels with the group for the full six days, handling hotel check-ins, coordinating the shared private cab, and being the one point of contact if anything needs adjusting. The group itself is capped at 14 travellers, so it stays a small group rather than turning into a large coach tour - and departures are guaranteed on fixed dates, meaning your trip runs even if you're the only one booked for that date.
