Full-day drive to Sonamarg (about 2.5 hours each way) along the Sindh river, now reachable all winter through the Z-Morh tunnel. Snow play around the Thajiwas side; sledges and ponies are optional at own cost. Return to Srinagar for the night. Access depends on weather and road advisories on the day.

Drive to Gulmarg (about 2 hours). Spend the day in the snow: the Gulmarg Gondola (own cost, book ahead in peak weeks), sledging, or a first ski lesson. Overnight in Gulmarg so you see the meadow under snow in the evening and early morning, not just on a day trip.

Morning in Pahalgam: Betaab Valley, Aru and Chandanwari are reached by the local Pahalgam union taxi (own cost, outside vehicles are not allowed on these roads). After lunch, drive back to Srinagar (about 2.5 hours) for the last night together.

This is a group special promotion, so there is no online payment. Send us an enquiry from this page (or on WhatsApp) and our team confirms your seat on the 16 December 2026 departure and how to pay. Only 15 seats are offered.
Fly to Srinagar (about 1.5 hours nonstop from Delhi) or take a train to Katra and the Vande Bharat to Srinagar. The group transfer meets travellers at Srinagar airport or railway station on 16 December, and drops everyone back on 21 December. Flights and train fare are not included.
Gulmarg usually has snow by mid-December, but it is never guaranteed. Either way you get the winter valley: frosty mornings in Srinagar, snow-capped peaks around Gulmarg and Pahalgam, and the Gulmarg Gondola (tickets at your own cost) up to the higher slopes.
Thermal inner layers, a warm down or padded jacket, gloves, a woollen cap and waterproof shoes; snow boots and long coats can be rented in Gulmarg. Bring a postpaid SIM: prepaid connections from outside Jammu and Kashmir do not work there.
You get 50% back if you cancel 45 or more days before departure, 25% between 30 and 44 days, and no refund within 30 days of departure.
Srinagar, a Sonamarg snow day trip, Gulmarg and Pahalgam over 5 nights and 6 days, with hotel nights in Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam (hotels as listed or similar, subject to availability), breakfast and dinner daily, a 1-hour Dal Lake shikara ride and a shared group vehicle throughout. There is no houseboat night.
