  1. Day 1: Arrival in Leh - Acclimatisation. Fly into Leh (3,500m). Airport transfer to your hotel and a full rest day to acclimatise - a short evening walk to the market is the most activity we recommend on day one.
  2. Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing. Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, Magnetic Hill, the Indus-Zanskar confluence and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib.
  3. Day 3: Over Khardung La to Nubra Valley. Cross Khardung La, one of the highest motorable passes, and descend into Nubra Valley. Camel safari on the Hunder dunes and a visit to Diskit Monastery.
  4. Day 4: Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok. Scenic drive along the Shyok river to the shores of Pangong Tso. Evening by the lake as the colours shift with the light.
  5. Day 5: Pangong Sunrise - Return to Leh via Chang La. Sunrise at Pangong, then return to Leh over the Chang La pass. Evening free for the market and cafes.
  6. Day 6: Departure from Leh. After breakfast, transfer to Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport in Leh for your onward flight.
